In this paper the relations among qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods approaches are considered. Basic evidence for methodological analysis is consisted by Vladan Vidicki`s Snezana Stojsin`s article Zivan Ristic`s book devoted to topic. Vidicki Stojsin critics of dogmatism related rival approach. Their comprehension analyzed in first second sections paper. Third section deals with criticism eclecticism. Forth part explores particular issue quantitative, qualitative approach different paradigms. conclusion stated that division qulatitative, artificial disadvantageous. It emphasized embarrasses development sociological theory its focusing role research objectives social reformism.
